Paladin Sports has a strong reputation of producing quality sporting apparel internationally, particularly within professional rugby. Having established a presence at the grassroot level, this partnership represents a foray into high performance rugby in the USA.
“We are pleased to announce a partnership with Paladin for the upcoming season as their credibility in professional sport is evident through their marquee partnerships worldwide. Combining that with their understanding of our brands and their on-ground presence will ensure that they deliver quality products for our players and fans alike.” said MLR Commissioner Dean Howes.
Paladin Global CEO Tim Morris says “We are very excited to welcome Major League Rugby into the Paladin Family for the 2020 season. The growth of rugby in the USA has caught our eye and we are thrilled to be a part of the rapid expansion of the game as we build on our strong relationships with rugby clubs around the world.”
“Our ability to develop purpose built, customized ranges for our partners means they never need to worry about their apparel performance and can focus on the task at hand.”
“Our USA Manager Matt Walsh has been instrumental in the negotiation and signing of the deal and his design team have put in a tremendous amount of work to ensure we deliver the very best to all the clubs. On behalf of the entire global Paladin team we look forward to the coming season and success both on and off the field.”
All twelve MLR teams will have new kit for the third season, with full home and away kit reveals coming soon.
