AG Rugby Selects Team For Rivalry Bout With LA Giltinis

AUSTIN, TX (May 18, 2021) - It’s Week 10 and the AGs are set to take on rival LA Giltinis in the biggest match of the season to date. It’s ‘The Big One’.

It’s #1 vs #2, Austin vs LA, Texas vs California, In N Out vs Whataburger, the Rivalry writes itself. The first chapter of this rivalry will be written Wednesday Night.

After rattling off four consecutive wins, the AGs fell four points short to the Free Jacks on the road. Then the team came back home and redeemed themselves against a New York team that had just knocked off an unbeaten LA Giltinis team. Now the AGs get their crack against Gil-rival LA Giltinis.

AG Head Coach Sam Harris says, “We know what we’re up against tomorrow night, and I’d be lying if I said this game against our rival didn’t mean more. Our fans are in for a treat Wednesday night and we need their support.”
