ADA ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible seating is available at all AG Rugby matches. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companion(s). Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guest(s) will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.
We are committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. Please call us at (512) 643-3544 for questions regarding accessible seating.
ADMISSION
Children two and under do not require a ticket provided they are seated on an adult’s lap. Anyone aged three and over must have a ticket for admission into the match.

ALCOHOL
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Public concession stands will not serve alcoholic beverages after the 70-minute mark of a rugby match, or the equivalent for other events.
Please be aware our vendors will ID for all alcoholic beverage purchases. If you plan to have a drink or two, please bring an acceptable form of ID with you. IDs accepted include: U.S. Driver’s License, U.S. Territory’s Driver License, U.S. State-Issued ID Card, Passport, Passport Card or U.S. Military ID.
ANIMALS
Animals, except for documented service animals assisting guests with disabilities, are not permitted.
BABY CHANGING TABLES
Baby changing tables are available in our community restrooms located within the Grand Plaza.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
For AG Rugby matches, fans are permitted to bring signs, flags or banners into Bold Stadium to exhibit their support of AG Rugby and/or the greater Austin region. All signs, flags or banners must follow these guidelines: Flags, banners or signs must not be larger than 3 feet x 5 feet (except for pre-approved banners or tifos for supporter groups). The sign, flag or banner may not block the view of other fans during play. Any signs, flags or banners that are considered offensive will be confiscated.
BAGS – SECURITY & SIZE
All bags must adhere to the sizes detailed in the above graphic. Guests entering the venue should prepare accordingly to ease entry.
CHILDREN
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap.
CODE OF CONDUCT
AG Rugby is committed to providing a fan experience that is enjoyable and respectful of the diverse audience that attends.
If guest interferes with the enjoyment of the match, please contact a Guest Service representative for assistance. Each guest should provide proof of ticket and be ready to display it to a Guest Service representative. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as those of their guests.

FIREARMS & WEAPONS
Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs, and nightsticks are prohibited.
FIRST AID
Ascension Seton First Aid locations will be available within our venue during all events. Permanent First Aid stations are located in the Grand Plaza. Please visit a Guest Services Tent while at the venue for further information.
GATES OPEN & CLOSE TIMES
Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and will close 30 minutes following the conclusion of the match.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services locations will exist throughout the venue for each match. If you have any inquiries prior to the event, please contact us at (512) 643-3544 during our regular business hours, M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
LOST & FOUND
If an item is lost during an event, please contact the nearest Bold Stadium Staff member for assistance. On non-event days, please call (512) 643-3544 for lost item information.
If you find a lost item, please turn it into any of our Guest Services locations throughout the venue.
Items recovered will be held for 30 days, with unclaimed items donated to charity.
LOST CHILDREN
If you believe your child to be lost during an event, contact the nearest staff member who can direct you to a Guest Services location. All lost children will be taken to a Guest Services location for safety.
For safety reasons, AG Rugby is unable to make venue-wide announcements for lost children or guests.
ON-SITE ASSISTANCE
If you require assistance at any point while at our venue, please notify the nearest staff member. If you do not see any staff nearby, send us a text to 69050 with “COTA” followed by your request or question. If it’s a location-based inquiry, please include your location.
PARKING
Parking is available for free in Lot A, B, C and D. Premium Front gate parking is available for purchase in Lots B, C and D.
ADA Parking
ADA parking is available while supply lasts for free in Lot C. You must have a state-issued sticker, placard or license plate to park in ADA parking spots.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE BOLD STADIUM GATES OF THE VENUE. IN ADDITION TO ITEMS SPECIFICALLY LISTED HERE, OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY BE DEEMED TO PRESENT A POTENTIAL HINDRANCE OR THREAT MAY ALSO BE PROHIBITED.
- Aerosol cans
- Alcoholic beverages
- Animals (exception for certified service animals; unless otherwise specified)
- Non-clear bags or parcels
- Any bags larger than 12x12x20 inches
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, golf carts or other unauthorized means of transportation
- Cameras with detachable lenses or attached lenses longer than 3 inches - cameras must be able to fit in front shirt pocket
- Camera tripods
- Coolers, thermoses or ice chests
- Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material
- Food and beverage (Note: sealed, individual, plastic bottles of water are allowed - one per person)
- Fireworks, explosives or other incendiary devices
- Glass or metal containers of any style
- Illegal substances
- Inflatable cushions or air loungers, air sofas, or air cushions
- Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (balls, frisbees, balloons projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
- Large umbrellas
- Lawn chairs
- Tarps
- Tents or canopies
- Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs
NOTE: All bags, purses, backpacks, and persons are subject to screening by security personnel. RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located around the Bold Stadium and Circuit of The Americas grounds. Permanent restrooms are located in the Grand Plaza. Look for signage to direct you to the nearest restroom.

All bags, purses, backpacks, and persons are subject to screening by security personnel. Fans entering the venue should prepare accordingly. Ticketholders should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items to them when such items are left at the venue entrances. Patrons are encouraged to leave all banned items at home or in their vehicles before entering the venue. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring banned items through security checkpoints are subject to removal from the facility.
The re-sale of AG Rugby and Bold Stadium admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the property, which includes the facility’s grounds and surrounding areas.
All security measures are subject to change without notice.
WEATHER
Rugby games are subject to cancelation due to inclement weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lightning in the area. Rugby matches are only canceled if conditions are deemed unplayable by the match officials.
In the case of severe weather, please check AG Rugby social media for any updates. If a weather emergency occurs during an event, Bold staff will notify all guests and direct guests to take steps to minimize risks. Your safety is our priority.
SMOKING/VAPING AREAS
Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized areas that are 15 feet from an entrance or openable window of an enclosed area. No smoking is allowed within the stands or the Austin360 Amphitheater’s bowl.
UMBRELLAS
Small, hand-held umbrellas are allowed within our venue. Please leave large, golf-size umbrellas at home. They create an obstructed view for guests seated behind them.
VIDEO RECORDERS
Video cameras or any type of professional recording devices will not be permitted inside the gates at COTA during major entertainment events.
WILL CALL
Will call will be open at the Box Office 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Will call tickets can be retrieved from the Grand Plaza Box Office.
