Mission Statement

The AG Academy is committed to developing world-class players and people. We’re dedicated to nurturing the next generation of professional rugby players in America. The foundation for the AG Academy is identifying, developing, and providing opportunities for growth to rugby players of all ages.

The Academy will offer instruction in a variety of different formats to create the complete high-performance rugby experience with an emphasis on technical, tactical, and mental skills development. Players will receive world-class coaching and elite-level strength and conditioning program, as well as access to top-notch facilities in a premier high-performance environment.

In addition to the camps and clinics offered throughout the year, the Academy will field competitive squads under the name AG Outlaws. The AG Outlaws will be selected from local players in the Academy pathway with aspirations to play for the AG’s top side. Our Senior and U-18 Academy squads will compete against other MLR academies as well as select opponents across the United States.

• Metal studs are not allowed at the Wright-Whitaker Sports Complex, please wear molded cleats.
• If you need taping/strapping please arrive at 8:30.
• Lunch will be provided. (Jersey Mikes) Gluten-Free options will be available, if you have other allergies or complications please bring your own lunch.
• Bring your own water bottle.
• Bring wet-weather gear.
